Market consultation for the preparation of a future tender for IT partnership and broker for IT recruitment. The assignment is divided into four lots: 1. Technical infrastructure, 2. Applications & development, 3. Data & integration, and 4. Broker recruitment for other IT functions, with an indicative total spend for the first three lots of approximately 25 to 35 million over a period of 4 years.
