Hiring of a core team of four pioneers to guide local broadcasters during the transition to 80 regional broadcasters. The assignment includes advising, guiding, driving cooperation, and supporting professionalization. The framework agreement has a term of three (3) years with an option for one (1) year extension, with a maximum value of € 900,000.
In anticipation of the system change (from local broadcasters to regional broadcasters), NLPO supports local broadcasters during this transition, including through the use of model documents, the NLPO knowledge center, national information meetings, and the deployment of pioneers.‧‧The pioneers guide local broadcasters in cooperation and mergers towards regional broadcasters. Additionally, they provide support for professionalization in themes such as journalism, organizational development, and management and governance.
