The assignment concerns the hiring of procurement advisors for the guidance of complex procurement and tendering processes. It concerns a framework agreement with a maximum value of € 500,000.00 with a duration of two years.
The subject of the tender consists of guidance for complex multiple selective, national, and European procurement/tendering processes. It is expected that an entire procurement/tendering process will be taken over by the Contractor(s). Our organization is looking for 3 service providers who can provide procurement professionals to absorb peaks in workload. These service providers are familiar with all fields in which a municipality such as ours conducts tenders, from youth care to software and from asphalt maintenance to catering.
