01What is being requested
Delivery of Managed IaaS and DaaS including licenses for the Operating System, operational management, and a disaster recovery facility within the Netherlands for a period of 5 years.
Provide all infrastructural ICT needs of Cocensus in the form of 'Infrastructure as a Service' and 'Desktop as a Service', regarding data centers, servers, hosting, the workstation, network, storage, and backup. It also includes the necessary connectivity options to facilitate secure line connections between Cocensus and its suppliers and/or chain partners. All named services are delivered as 'Managed' and are all governed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Both the IaaS and DaaS service are delivered including the licenses for the Operating System.
