The assignment concerns the execution of social guidance, various integration modules, and legal support for integrators in the Veenendaal, Rhenen, and Renswoude region. It includes the execution of lot 1, lot 2, and lot 3 within the frameworks of the Civic Integration Act.
On January 1, 2022, the new Civic Integration Act 2021 (hereinafter WI2021) entered into force as the successor to the Civic Integration Act 2013 (hereinafter WI2021). The new civic integration law applies to everyone who is subject to the obligation to integrate from January 1, 2022. [Note: Source text contains duplicate acronym for 2013 act].
