Providing administrative actions regarding the collection of rent payments and charges to the Municipality of Alkmaar. The assignment includes invoicing, direct debit, administration, early detection of arrears, and annual settlements for a duration of maximum 9 years (2 years + 7x extension of 12 months).
The Municipality of Alkmaar provides temporary housing for approximately 150 tenants, consisting of status holders and emergency seekers. This target group uses municipal housing facilities and pays rent and service charges for this purpose. The Municipality currently lacks the capacity and systems to perform the rent administration and collection independently. This service is therefore outsourced. Following a pilot with Pinedo Makelaardij B.V., running until 1 September 2026, it has been decided to tender the assignment structurally. Given the contract value and the expected duration of the
