The assignment concerns the services performed by the contractor on behalf of the contracting authority in accordance with the established requirements and the general state terms and conditions.
RVO wishes to outsource the transport, care and storage of companion animals that have been seized and taken into custody within the framework of criminal and administrative law. To this end, RVO intends to enter into framework agreements with competent contractors who possess sufficient knowledge and experience to professionally transport and house companion animals in an animal-friendly manner. Additionally, during their stay with the contractor, the companion animals will be inspected by a veterinarian at agreed intervals or when necessary.
