The delivery of a Platform, Services and a functional IZB system that meets all the characteristics below: 1. Functional -pandemic-ready solutions for IZB professionals and citizens (the IZB System) in accordance with architecture and requirements, realized (*) by the Contractor; 2. Managed and maintained, by the Contractor, based on the specifications and (domain) models of the Contracting Authority using a development and maintenance approach and toolset (full lifecycle) provided by the Contractor; 3.
