It concerns an exploratory (water) soil investigation, asphalt and foundation investigation, and dewatering advice at the Delfstraat and surrounding area in Loppersum in preparation for the replacement of the sewerage system and the redevelopment of the public space.
In Loppersum, located in the Municipality of Eemsdelta, existing houses have been demolished and new, earthquake-resistant and energy-efficient homes have been rebuilt. This intervention is part of the earthquake area reinforcement operation in Groningen. During these works, not only were the houses addressed, but front gardens were also landscaped and cables and pipelines were relocated.
