The Diamant-groep, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority or client, intends to award the contract for the moving and relocation of La Poubelle at the location Insulindestraat 1 in Tilburg. The principle is to retain the existing commercial building for the charity shop (of approximately 2,300 m² GFA) and to realize a new extension (of approximately 1,800 m² GFA) for the associated social workshops.
