01What is being requested
The assignment concerns the wholesale function for the clinical pharmacies of the Amsterdam UMC at two locations. It concerns a framework agreement of four years with an option for a maximum of three years for the supply of generally available medicines.
The objective of the contracting authority is to select and contract one (1) party that supplies generally available medicines to the pharmacies involved. If possible, the contracting authority also aims to contract a second party as a back-up, which can be deployed to ensure the continuity of the supply of generally available medicines. In the event that the primary wholesaler falls through, the back-up wholesaler also serves as the replacement party during the initial term.
