01What is being requested
The assignment concerns the facilitation and execution of the fieldwork for the Health Monitor Adults and Elderly 2024. This includes the programming of questionnaires, printing, dispatch, helpdesk, and the delivery of SPSS files.
GGD GHOR has organized an EU procurement on behalf of the 25 regional GGD’en and the municipality Utrecht, Public Health department, at the beginning of this year for the Health Monitor Adults & Elderly (hereinafter: GM V&O). This EU procurement has been awarded to I&O Research BV. Because of this, the contractual agreements would need to be revised, involving a substantial modification that cannot take place under the concluded contract. During the preparatory work for the GM V&O, it appeared that the numbers per GGD deviate so significantly from the numbers mentioned in the EU procurement.
