01What is being requested

Supply of printed matter to 17 municipalities via a framework agreement with a fixed term of three years and a maximum value of € 400,000.00.

The 17 municipalities, namely ABG, Alphen-Chaam, Altena, Baarle-Nassau, Bergen op Zoom, Etten-Leur, Geertruidenberg, Gilze en Rijen, Halderberge, Hoeksche Waard, Moerdijk, Noord-Beveland, Roosendaal, Steenbergen, Tholen, Woensdrecht and Zundert, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority or client, intend to jointly tender the contract for the supply of printed matter. Each Client will individually enter into a framework agreement with the winning supplier. The supplier is hereinafter referred to as the (potential) bidder or contractor.
