01What is being requested

The assignment concerns the organizing and facilitating of dialogue tables for the recovery operation of the benefits affair. This includes the design, organization, execution and reflection of conversations between victims, the government and society during 2 to 3 years.

Parents, youth and children who have been victimized by the childcare benefits affair (hereinafter: victims) have been subjected to great injustice. In a co-creation process regarding recovery, victims have indicated that they have a need for a safe setting in which they can engage in dialogue with each other, with representatives of the government and with society. The Ministry of Finance, Dienst Toeslagen, potentially wishes to tender a contract that shapes this dialogue. Through a market consultation, we want to gain an insight into how we can best execute this.
