The Municipality of Hilversum wishes, by means of an EU procurement which is being carried out through a competitive dialogue, to contract one (1) Contractor for the following components: - the design and realization of an underground Bicycle Parking Cellar of approx. 5,000 m2 for approx. 4,850 bicycles based on a UAV-GC contract and - the development and realization at its own expense and risk of two building blocks for approx. 114 dwellings and approx. 7,900 m2 of facilities by means of a land allocation.
