The contract with our current hiring partner expires on 28 February 2025. For this reason, a new agreement must be concluded for external hiring. As the Municipality of Enschede, we strive for efficient and effective personnel policy, in which the hiring of freelancers (ZZP-ers) and seconded personnel forms an important component. The service provider contributes to the implementation of our strategic workforce planning.
