The contract with our current hiring partner Staffing Management Services (hereinafter Staffing MS) expires on 28 February 2025. For this reason, a new agreement must be concluded for external hiring. As the Municipality of Enschede, we strive for an efficient and effective personnel policy, in which the hiring of ZZP-ers and seconded personnel forms an important component. The service provider contributes to the execution of our strategic workforce planning.
