The objective of the Agreement to be concluded is to be relieved of the burden of inspecting and advising on the Locations in the real estate portfolio of the Contracting Authority, whereby the quality of the Real Estate Portfolio is made transparent in the VGMIS and multi-year maintenance budgets can be created. For this purpose, the Contracting Authority is looking for experts who perform the right combination of inspections and advice within the specified time, at realistic costs and with the satisfaction of the Locations.
