Providing all necessary cleaning activities for 17 locations (15 schools, 1 gymnasium and 1 administrative office) with a total of 37,896.20 m² floor area. The assignment includes regular daily cleaning, window cleaning, periodic maintenance and management works for a term of 3 years with two extension options of 1 year each.
The objective of this tender is to contract one (1) contractor for the cleaning services as described in this document and accompanying annexes. This contract will be awarded to the bidder that has submitted the best price-quality ratio.
