Scope of Assignment/ Agreement The scope of this procurement is a solution for all mutual connectivity between buildings and locations of RDW where a direct dark-fibre connection is not a solution. Additionally, the solution offers a 'marketplace' where RDW can directly procure services from 3rd-party providers (such as Microsoft ExpressRoute). Out of Scope The RDW locations are standardly connected to the Internet. These connections are not part of this procurement. Also, the links between the primary data centers in Groningen fall outside this procurement and are procured separately by RD
