Delivery, implementation, guidance, and maintenance of one central E-HRM system for approximately 1,500 users. The assignment has an initial term of six years with two possible extensions.
The Assignment comprises the delivery, implementation, guidance, and maintenance of one (1) central E-HRM system. The E-HRM system must be fully operational upon delivery by the Supplier on 1 January 2027, including: - Training, consultancy, and aftercare; - Data migration/conversion from the current system to the new system. The VRFGV is considering whether to perform payroll processing internally or externally. Currently, this is outsourced by the VRFGV.
