Vitens has placed its primary ICT infrastructure in an external Twin Datacenter in Hengelo (OV) and a third, small data centre at the Vitens location in Leeuwarden. The ICT infrastructure was designed and built by Vitens in collaboration with suppliers. Management is carried out by Vitens itself. Additionally, an agreement has been concluded for support and maintenance of the Microsoft SQL databases and the Oracle databases and hardware (Oracle Database Appliance).
