The ISD Brabantse Wal (hereinafter referred to as: ISD) offers residents of the municipalities of Steenbergen, Woensdrecht and Bergen op Zoom with a low income (minima) the opportunity to take out a collective health insurance. They take out a complete health insurance that reimburses many healthcare costs. The residents who take out this health insurance receive a contribution from the ISD. The ISD currently has an agreement with one health insurer. The ISD wishes to re-tender this agreement in accordance with the new Public Procurement Act.
