01What is being requested
The assignment concerns the provision of a collective disability insurance for employees of De Meerwaarde. The agreement has an initial term of 3 years with options for two extensions of one year each.
The objective of the procurement is to conclude an agreement for the provision of a collective AOV for the benefit of the Contracting Authority in accordance with the provisions set forth in this specification. With the selected Contractor, the Contracting Authority intends to enter into an agreement with a term of at least 3 years, in addition to the requirement to extend twice by one year, and which will commence following the termination of the active collective AOV.
