Execution of client experience surveys within the Wmo for the Municipality of Emmen, divided into two lots with a total duration of 8 years including options.

The assignment concerns the execution of three different Client Experience Surveys from the Wmo. This involves (a) the legally mandatory Wmo Client Experience Survey. Based on the Wmo 2015, this must be mandatorily conducted annually by all municipalities and covers all forms of support under the Wmo. A additionally, we conduct two more surveys for the Wmo. These surveys are not mandatory and are conducted at the request of the Contracting Authority to measure and improve the quality and experiences with the respective services.
