01What is being requested
The assignment concerns the supply of circular (new and used) furniture, including advice based on the R-ladder, repair, assembly, service, maintenance, and the take-back of unsuitable furniture. The agreement has a term of 4 years (from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2030) with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of three times two years.
The assignment for this Tender consists of the following components: The deployment of furniture, consisting of among others (but not limited to): Workplaces (office furniture and related accessories); Educational spaces; Home office furniture; Other alternative interior fittings (social corners, coffee corners, meeting areas, study workspaces, concentration workspaces, specific rooms, café/restaurant furniture, corridors). Providing advice on the most sustainable deployment of furniture based on the R-ladder. Advising on the interior design of spaces, reuse, and purchases of furniture.
