Bureau Openbare Verlichting Lek-Merwede is a management unit for public lighting by and for the municipalities of Vijfheerenlanden, Gorinchem, Hardinxveld-Giessendam, Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, Molenlanden and Papendrecht. To facilitate this, a Joint Regulation (Gemeenschappelijke Regeling) has been established by the six municipalities.
