EU procurement for the supply of 48 bread buffet trolleys and the associated maintenance for 10 years at Amsterdam UMC.
Supplies · Open · European procedure
01What is being requested
Supply and maintenance of 48 bread buffet trolleys (45 large and 3 small) including a maintenance contract for 10 years for the AMC and VUMC locations.
Bread buffet trolleys (BBW’s) are essential for serving breakfast, lunch, drinks, and interim rounds on the nursing wards of both locations. The current BBW's are fully depreciated at both locations and must be replaced. The aim is to harmonize the food concept and the assortment at both locations as much as possible. The purchase value of the new BBW's exceeds the threshold for an EU procurement and must therefore be tendered via EU procurement.

Ensure a complete submission of all mandatory documents such as the UEA and the price quotation in both formats.
