KVK is looking for a contractor to manage its 'Brand Experience' implementation. By Brand Experience (BX), KVK means a consistent, uniform, and recognizable experience of people (customers, stakeholders, and colleagues) with the brand throughout the entire customer journey. To avoid having to initiate separate (individual) procurement processes repeatedly, there is a need for a framework agreement under which Further Agreements can be concluded.
