The assignment concerns the extension and limited reconfiguration of MFC De Salamander to facilitate the space requirements of two primary schools. The design team must integrate the space requirements as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible within the extension and the existing building.
Construction Team Phase • Joining the construction team and participating in construction team meetings. See selection document for further details. Execution Phase (subject to decision) The execution of the building, electrical and mechanical installation works on the basis of the Construction Agreement, which includes the STABU specification including appendices. The full description of the Works will be included in the Award Guidelines including appendices. The draft construction team agreement and draft construction agreement will also be provided then.
