Execution of Building Maintenance, including regular maintenance, corrective maintenance (24/7 emergency service) and major maintenance for approximately 56 objects. The contract is executed via a framework agreement for a duration of four (4) years with a maximum value of € 3,250,000.00 excluding VAT.
The subject of the tender consists of performing the Building Maintenance for the real estate portfolio. The works to be performed and delivered by the Bidder focus on maintaining and improving long-term quality and preserving the good condition of the various building objects. It includes: • Performing Regular Maintenance on (all) municipal real estate objects present at the date of contracting, as indicated in Annex 4 Object List. Regular maintenance concerns planned and pre-determined maintenance. • Performing Corrective Maintenance (faults/reports); • Providing a 24/7 emergency service;
