The delivery, implementation, integration, and management of four (4) functional modules (Search module, Circulation module, Acquisition module, and Reporting module) as a SaaS solution within the existing WorldShare Management System (WMS). The agreement has an initial term of five (5) years with the possibility of two extensions of two (2) years each, for a maximum term of nine (9) years.
