01What is being requested
Security services for the GOO locations of the Municipality of Apeldoorn with an estimated value of approximately € 14 million. The assignment includes, among other things, supervision, hospitality, surveillance, and alarm response for an initial term of one year with extension options.
The objective of this tender is to contract one (1) supplier on the basis of the Best Price-Quality Ratio for the execution of security services at the Contracting Authority's GOO locations. Currently, approximately 1,000 refugees are being accommodated across two locations. The ambition of the Contracting Authority is that hospitality is actively expressed at the GOO locations, with a friendly approach and an open attitude towards all present being central. The KPIs and associated objectives from the PvE (Requirements Specification) actively contribute to this.
