The Generiek Zaakafhandelcomponent (GZAC) is an initiative of ten collaborating municipalities. It is a generic solution for handling a wide range of municipal processes. GZAC is a translation of the internationally common concept of Case Management into the Case-Oriented working (Zaakgericht werken) customary within the Dutch government.
