01What is being requested
The management and maintenance of all building installations (Electrical and Mechanical installations) of Deltion College, spread across eleven buildings with a total gross floor area of approximately 120,000 m2 GFA. The agreement has an initial term of ten (10) years (01-01-2027 to 31-12-2036) with three extension options of each two (2) years, for a maximum term of sixteen (16) years.
The assignment, the management and maintenance of building installations of Deltion College, is being tendered integrally. The tender concerns the maintenance and management of Electrical and Mechanical installations.
