01What is being requested
Supply of workwear, personal protective equipment and footwear for approximately 160 employees, divided into two lots. The assignment also includes additional services such as a clothing management system, fitting and measurement appointments, and repairs during a fixed term of 4 years.
The Municipality of Hoeksche Waard intends to procure workwear and personal protective equipment through this EU public procurement. In addition, we also require additional services such as, among others: • Providing an online ordering and registration system • Setting up a webshop/dashboard within a clothing management system; • Organizing fitting and measurement appointments; • Tracking issued clothing and monitoring legal requirements; • Interim replacement and repair of the clothing; • Managing the logistical process.
