The objective of this tender is to select two (2) to four (4) contractors for the supply of hardware and software, including implementation. Contracts under the framework agreement to be concluded will be awarded to one of the contractors (Framework Contractors) through mini-competitions. For each Contract (of at least € 15,000.00 excl. VAT), a mini-competition for the supply of ICT hardware will be organized among the Framework Contractors based on updated specifications.
