AV hardware conferencing for the Rechtspraak

01What is being requested
Delivery (Purchase) of AV products and accessories for the Hybrid conferencing service. A Framework agreement will be concluded with three (3) and a minimum of two (2) contractors for a period of up to four (4) years (initially two (2) years with two options of twelve (12) months).
IVO Rechtspraak (contracting authority) is issuing an EU public procurement for the delivery of audiovisual (AV) hardware and accessories for hybrid meeting rooms within the Rechtspraak. Management and maintenance are performed by IVO Rechtspraak itself.
