01What is being requested
The assignment concerns the use of an MS Access application for the Register of energy-saving measures. External consultancy firms are responsible for the entry and calculation of measures within the Recognized List of Energy Saving Measures (EML).
The reason for this is the update of the so-called Recognized List of Energy Saving Measures (EML) for buildings. The EML was drafted in 2015-2017 and was updated for the first time in 2018/2019. The most recent update took place in 2022/2023. The update is linked to the four-yearly submission dates of the energy saving information obligation. The so-called EML relates to the obligation to make energy use more sustainable from the Besluit activiteiten leefomgeving (Bal) (Article 5.15) and to the energy saving obligation from the Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving (Bbl) (Article 3.84).
