The assignment consists of four parts. A general description of these parts is provided in the tender guidelines. In defining the assignment, the main outlines of what MBO Utrecht expects are described. The accounting activities must result annually in a report for accountability to the Ministry of OC&W. MBO Utrecht expects the bidder to make use of modern technologies, including data analysis and, where appropriate, artificial intelligence, to support the audit activities.
