01What is being requested
GenomeScan B.V. seeks expansion of DRAGEN server capacity to analyze 34x human genome within 34 minutes using Illumina NovaSeq X-Plus.
The laboratory uses, among other things, an Illumina NovaSeq X-Plus system for next-gen sequencing of DNA. For the processing of Illumina sequencing data, five DRAGEN servers from the same supplier have been used for quite some time. These servers were developed by Illumina and are equipped with Illumina software for high-throughput data processing. Due to the increased demand for secondary data analysis of whole genome data for medical diagnostics, an expansion of the number of servers and licenses is required. The new servers must be capable of being used for the analysis of the same NovaSeq
