01What is being requested

Insuring the WGA Self-Insurance for Hecht for a period of 3.5 years, with the possibility of two extensions of 3 years each.

The Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a WGA self-insurance policy as of 1-7-2025 to cover all attributable costs of the WGA self-insurance. In addition to the basic coverage, the tail risk must also be covered. The Contracting Authority has been a self-insurer for the Sickness Benefits Act (Ziektewet) since 1-7-2024 and also intends to remain so throughout the full term of the new WGA insurance.
