This Procurement Document provides further information regarding the Contract and Tender published by the Contracting Authority. The Contract is provided by the Client, who is purchasing (specialist) youth care in accordance with the Youth Act (Jeugdwet) and support services for local access points jointly via the Contracting Authority. Pending a procurement process aimed at translating the Reform Agenda and Regional Vision into agreements from 2028 onwards, it has been decided to enter into short-term framework agreements for the years 2026 and 2027. The Tender is divided into several Lots.
