01What is being requested
Realization and operation of the FGC Public parts via a DBMO agreement. The initial scope includes solar carports for more than 33 parking spaces, 22 charging stations (each with two sockets) and a district battery of at least 80 kWh, including the management of the energy management system. The initial term is three years, with the possibility of four extensions of one year for a maximum term of seven years.
GEM Crailo B.V. is developing an old defense site into Buurtschap Crailo for residential and commercial use. A key component is the energy concept Future Grid Crailo: an all-electric system in which sustainable energy is generated for homes, businesses, and electric (shared) transport within the neighborhood and utilized optimally to minimize CO2 emissions and limit grid fluctuations.
