The Municipality of Leiden intends to select a collaborative partner for the area development of Energiepark. Initially, the collaboration relates to determining the feasibility of the Energiepark area development and, in the second instance, if feasibility is demonstrated, the execution of parts of the Energiepark area development, primarily consisting of municipal land disposal for the purpose of the development and the realization of real estate for the market.
