Supply of traffic light controllers (VRI’s) for the municipalities of Leiden, Leiderdorp and Oegstgeest. 63 VRI’s are being procured jointly; only the devices are covered under this framework agreement; installation work is not included.
There are 63 traffic light installations (VRI’s) in the municipalities of Leiden, Leiderdorp and Oegstgeest. These VRI’s will be replaced after their technical lifespan (approximately 15 years) has expired. The municipalities are jointly procuring the traffic light controllers (TLC). This Tender therefore only describes the activities for the supply of the devices. The procurement is in the form of a RAW framework agreement, which is attached as an annex to this Procurement Guide. The installation work will be tendered separately and is not part of the scope of this Assignment.
