A framework agreement for the sieving and replacing of bullet trap sand on military sites, divided into two geographical lots.
The Ministry of Defence uses a large number of shooting ranges in the Netherlands, which are managed by the Rijksvastgoedbedrijf. The bullets shot at the targets during exercises end up in so-called bullet trap sand at the end of the shooting ranges. To prevent the sand from becoming saturated with bullet tips, the existing sand must be periodically cleaned or replaced.
