De Hartelborgt in Spijkenisse is one of the three locations of the Rijks Justitiële Jeugdinrichting (RJJI). RJJI De Hartelborgt accommodates 105 youths between the ages of 12 and 24. Following the need for building and installation technical replacements in the RJJI De Hartelborgt in Spijkenisse, the Rijksvastgoedbedrijf (RVB), in collaboration with the Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen (DJI), has launched a project to implement these replacements in an integrated manner through a large-scale renovation.
