The objective of the procurement procedure is to conclude a Framework Agreement with one (1) Contractor for the provision of Postal Services as described in paragraph 3.1.1 ''Description of the assignment (scope)''. The planned commencement date of the Framework Agreement is 1 January 2026 and runs until at least 31 December 2029. The fixed term is two (2) years, with an option to extend a maximum of two (2) times twelve (12) months. The Framework Agreement terminates automatically after four (4) years.
